TX4All.org is a project of Texas For All. We work hard to protect your privacy. We never share or sell your email address or any other information with outside organizations without your permission.
Petitions and Surveys
For petitions and surveys you’ve signed or completed, we treat your name, city, state, and comments as public information – for example, we may provide compilations of petitions, with your comments, to the President and legislators, other targets, or to the press. We will not make your street address publicly available, but we may transmit it to members of Congress and to the President as part of a petition. This is a standard industry practice in such situations. In no such case will we disclose your email address or phone number without your permission. We may also make your comments, along with your first name, city, and state available to the press and public online.
Coalitions
We may occasionally launch petitions or other campaigns in collaboration with allied organizations, who will be clearly disclosed on the page. If you sign on to join such a campaign, you may also receive updates from those allies. We may share limited contact information with coalition partners for one-time use to advance our campaigns, for example, communicating with you about logistics for an event you’ve signed up to participate in.
Phone Campaigns
From time to time, Texas For All staff members, volunteers, and vendors may contact you by telephone about urgent campaigns. If you would like to be removed permanently from our phone list, please contact us by email at info@TXForAll.org. Please allow 8-10 business days for your information to be removed. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
